These terms govern your use of the PsyVPN service. Please read them carefully before you start using the Service.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a public offer by the PsyVPN administration (the "Administration" and the "Service", respectively) and set out the conditions for using the Service.
By starting to use the Service, registering an account, or paying for a subscription, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
The Service provides access to secure network (VPN) technology on a subscription basis — for privacy, secure data transfer, and stable network access.
The Service is provided "as is". The Administration makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.
To use the Service, an account is created and linked to an email address or a social-provider account.
The user is responsible for safeguarding access to their account and for all actions taken under it. One account is intended for use by one person.
Access to the Service is provided on a paid basis under the selected plan. Prices and plan terms are stated on the website and may change.
A subscription may renew automatically. The user may disable auto-renewal in the account dashboard at any time.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms stated on the website.
The user undertakes not to violate the laws of the country they are located in.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Service to download or distribute content via torrent networks or other peer-to-peer (P2P) protocols, except on the list of servers approved by the Administration, or for any activity that infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
It is prohibited to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including distributing malware, sending spam, gaining unauthorized access to information systems, or accessing information whose distribution is prohibited under the law applicable to the user.
The Service is not intended for and must not be used to circumvent regulatory, legal, or other established restrictions, or to conceal unlawful activity.
The user alone bears full responsibility for the lawfulness of their actions when using the Service and for compliance with the law applicable to them.
The Administration does not control and is not responsible for the content of transmitted traffic, the user's actions, or the consequences of using the Service.
The Administration's aggregate liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the subscription period in which the relevant circumstance arose.
The Administration may suspend or terminate access to the Service upon a breach of these Terms, without refund.
All rights to the software, technology, trademarks, and materials of the Service belong to the Administration. Using the Service does not grant the user any rights to them.
The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service are to be resolved in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
