These Terms set out the conditions for using the PsyVPN service. Please read them before you start using the Service.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a public offer by Waitrex LLC (the "Company") and set out the conditions for using the PsyVPN service, including the website and apps (the "Service").
Creating an account, paying for a subscription, or starting to use the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, stop using the Service.
The Company provides access to the Service, a private mesh network with smart routing, on a subscription basis to ensure privacy, secure data transmission, and stable network access.
The Service is provided "as is". The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions or compatibility with all devices.
Sign-in to the Service is performed through an authorization provider. The User is responsible for access to their account and for all actions performed using it.
Access to the Service is provided for a fee under the selected plan. Plan prices are shown on the website and in the apps and may be changed by the Company.
A free trial period may be offered for certain plans. When it ends, the price of the selected plan is charged automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the trial period. If a charge fails, attempts may be repeated; access to the Service is provided after successful payment.
The subscription renews automatically. The subscription can be cancelled at any time where it was purchased. Deleting the app or signing out of the account does not cancel the subscription. By subscribing, the User agrees to the terms of its automatic renewal and payment charges. A charge for the renewal of a subscription not cancelled by the User before the end of the current period is not grounds for a refund.
Refunds are made in accordance with the rules of the payment system through which the payment was made. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including distributing malware, sending spam, gaining unauthorized access to information systems, and infringing the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
It is prohibited to use torrent networks and other peer-to-peer (P2P) protocols, except on servers permitted by the Company.
The User is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the country in which they are located.
The Company does not control the User's traffic and is not liable for the User's actions or their consequences.
The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service without a refund.
All rights to the software, technologies, trademarks, and materials of the Service belong to the Company.
The Company may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be resolved in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
