Policy

Privacy by default.

The Service processes the minimum of personal data — only what is needed to run an account. Here's exactly what is processed and on what grounds.

Updated July 13, 2026

1. General

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how personal data of users of the PsyVPN service (the "Service") is processed.

Personal data is processed by the PsyVPN administration (the "Administration"). By using the Service you confirm your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the Service.

2. What is collected

Only the minimum data required is processed: an email address and/or a social-provider account identifier, used to sign in and operate the account.

Payments are handled directly by the payment provider. Payment data (card numbers and other details) is not collected or stored by the Service.

Browsing history, destination IPs, DNS queries, traffic content, and connection metadata are not collected.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed solely to register and authenticate the account, provide subscription access, and deliver technical support.

The legal grounds are the user's consent and the necessity of performing the contract (the Terms of Use) to which the user is a party.

4. Traffic logs

PsyVPN keeps no traffic logs. Servers do not record which resources a user visits and do not associate network sessions with accounts.

Servers run from RAM and never write diagnostic data to disk.

5. Sharing with third parties

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except with payment and authentication providers to the extent required to deliver the Service.

Disclosure to authorized government bodies is made only in the manner and to the extent required by applicable law, and only for data actually held.

6. Data storage and protection

Account data is kept while the account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The necessary organizational and technical measures are applied to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its correction, blocking, or deletion, and may withdraw your consent to processing by submitting a request using the details below.

Withdrawing consent or deleting data required to operate the account may make further use of the Service impossible.

8. Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies — for authentication and to store user preferences. Cookies are not used for advertising tracking or profiling.

9. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown above.
